Coverage details
This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that occur within three years from the date of purchase, including:
- Manufacturing defects from production or design issues
- Functional failures under normal usage
What's not covered
- Damage from misuse or negligence
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized third-party modifications
- Claims made beyond the 3-year period
- Accidental breakages
How to make a claim
Email info@vellhaven.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. Our team will review your claim within 5 business days. Approved claims receive a free repair, a replacement product, or a discount/store credit.
Damage on arrival
Please report any damage within 7 days of receipt, including photos. We'll assess your claim within 5 business days and typically offer a replacement or suitable alternative.
