Return & Refund Conditions
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at Vellhaven. We currently ship and accept returns only within Australia.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order and return it within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
Conditions for return
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be included.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Returns must be sent to the address we provide when you contact us — items sent elsewhere may not be eligible for a refund.
How to start a return
Email info@vellhaven.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm the return address (our warehouse at 11 Antares St, Southern Cross WA 6426, Australia, or another address if applicable) and next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. We provide refunds for eligible returns made within 14 days of the original purchase.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description — we'll cover the cost of a replacement or refund.
